Holmside House

Holmside is the name of a street as well as a house, so there may be some confusion.


 William Dalgliesh the first Provost of  Cumnock Burgh woollen manufacturer lived in in Holmside in 1881 aged 56 

Galbraith family 1890s



 Samuel Galbraith the grocer lived there in 1891 and 1901 censuses.
